Laura Osnes to be Cinderella in Broadway-Bound Production

Laura Osnes (Bonnie & Clyde, Anything Goes), aka the new queen of Broadway, is set to star in the titular role in a Broadway-bound revival of Rodgers and Hammerstein's CINDERELLA. Santino Fontana is also set to portray the prince in this new production, hoping to open during the 2012-2013 season.

This is exciting news, and I'm surprised that this musical hasn't been on Broadway before, but am by no means surprised that Laura Osnes, who seems to be absolutely everywhere this year, will be starring as Cinderella herself.
