Corbin Bleu to be Broadway's Next Jesus

Corbin Bleu (High School Musical, In the Heights) will return to Broadway on April 17th as Jesus in the current revival of Stephen Schwartz's GODSPELL at the Circle in the Square Theatre.

Current Jesus, Hunter Parrish (Weeds) will leave the production on April 15th so he can return to taping Showtime's hit series WEEDS.

I don't know how I feel about Corbin in this role when Parrish is amazing, but only time can tell...
